With the sizable rise in rent in the Los Angeles market, our group decided it would be insightful to analyze listings on AirBnB. More specifically, we analyzed how AirBnB rentals interact with the general rental housing market in LA, as well as if listings in the area truly impacts the availability of housing in Los Angeles.
